Texas Creek Steel Erectors is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our steel erection team. We specialize in pre-fabricated metal building erection, custom on-site fabrication, and turnkey building solutions throughout southern Colorado. Our projects range from residential workshops to large commercial warehouses and airplane hangars.
As a member of our crew, you will work on diverse projects across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Salida, Buena Vista, Cañon City, and surrounding areas. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Erect pre-fabricated metal building components according to specifications
- Perform on-site welding and custom steel fabrication
- Operate equipment including forklifts and aerial lifts
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in steel erection, metal building construction, or related field preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
